English Teaching Volunteers

Casa Xalteva sponsors regular English language courses for Nicaraguan kids, youths and working adults who can't afford the high cost of other language schools. Our English speaking volunteers help with teaching, tutoring and conversation practice.

We always welcome English-speaking volunteers who would like to come to Nicaragua for a semester or academic year and practice their English teaching skills working in our language school or for placement in public schools.  For more information, contact Dr. Ken Carpenter, ken@casaxalteva.org.
